Top 100 Producers

Every year, National Mortgage News calculates the top 400 loan officers and mortgage brokers in the United States out of nearly one million people. The rankings represent the entire spectrum of the origination business, including credit unions, mortgage bankers, etc. and their annual loan originations based on number of loans and dollar volume. Visio Lending is proud to announce Senior Account Executive John Sperling placed within the top 100, for the second year in a row.

While most of the top producers close a variety of loan products, John was able to make the list twice with only one loan product: rental loans. Last year, John placed at number 91 for closing an impressive 305 rental loans at $64,979,534. On this year’s Top Producers 2020 List, John placed at number 96 for closing 443 rental loans at $93,350,354.

John has been working in the mortgage industry since the 1990’s and has an impressive track record of high loan production, including being recognized as a Top 200 Loan Originator in the nation from 2002 to 2006, beating over 250,000 originators. At Visio Lending, John has been the top producing Account Executive over the past six years.

We want to thank John for all of his hard work and dedication and extend our sincerest congratulations. See the full National Mortgage News list of Top 2020 Producers.
