Our annual survey covering all thing residential real estate is now live. You can take the survey in under 3 minutes by clicking here. Last year, our survey was a huge hit with 1,300 investors giving us feedback on their strategies, goals and best practices. This is your chance to be a part of it. The 2014 survey report, available here, has been downloaded more than 500 times and contains info on the residential real estate market given from investors across the country.
The survey answers such questions as: are investors changing their strategies, and how; where are they investing geographically; how do investors plan to build their portfolios in the next year; and are their financing choices changing, and why.
According to the February, 2014 survey, the majority of investors who make up the marketplace are individuals, most interested in properties under $60,000. In 2014, nearly 30 percent of those surveyed owned at least seven properties, and an amazing 18 percent own 10 or more.
The results showed that investors were adapting to changing market conditions last year by altering their strategies from exclusively flipping or holding and renting, to a mix of both. But a lot can change in 12 months. We want to know what you’ve been up to. Fill out the survey but clicking here.
