Transitional rental investors want the flexibility to sell a property in the foreseeable future. They are interested in paying the lowest amount upfront and are willing to pay higher interest rates since they are more interested in the immediate cost rather than the long-term costs of the loan. Visio Lending understands the importance of the transitional rental strategy to our borrowers, which is why our loan programs are tailored to help investors with this strategy thrive.

Our transitional rental investors will pair our 5/6 or 7/6 ARM rate structures with our 1-year and 3-year prepayment penalties and low origination fees. Their goal is to lower their immediate costs as much as possible. Even with higher monthly payments, these investors will ultimately save money over the life of the loan.
