Investors in some states can now take advantage of our Rental360 Interest Only loan product, which includes a ten-year interest only period followed by a 20-year amortization period. General Requirements

Property Type- 1 Unit Single Family Residential Rentals

Borrower Type- Investor Only, Individuals LLCs, corporations and limited partnerships. U.S. Citizens, permanent and non-permanent resident aliens

FICO Score- Minimum 680
