When it comes to decorating a vacation rental, investors have a tricky balance. On the one hand, a vacation rental needs to feel luxurious, and on the other hand, guests do not always take the best care of your belongings. That’s why we love finding inexpensive items that looks fancy and feel luxurious. Similarly, those considering midterm rental properties should also focus on durable yet appealing decor, as these rentals often attract guests such as business travelers or relocating families who appreciate a homely yet stylish environment for longer stays. Here are some of our favorite decorative finds that are sure to impress guests and most importantly, not break the bank.

Wall Decor

  • Wall Art: We like the Weico Art 3 Piece White Flowers. These three paintings are elegant, simple, take up a lot of space, and are less than $40 as a set.
  • Wall Accent: We really like the LingStar Black Garden Hook because it not only looks nice, but it also serves a function, and it costs less than $10.
