Untitled design (48)With 20+ years of sales experience under his belt, Account Executive Tracy Gordon found a home at Visio over the past year. In just a short period of time, Tracy has found that he loves his role and provides great mentorship to his colleagues. "Visio Lending stands by what they say and that pushes me to work hard," Tracy stated. "We are here to help build new relationships and nurture long-term connections with investors and brokers." Whether it is in his relationships with clients or team members, Tracy's passion for his profession reflects his work ethic, knowledge, and attention to detail.

As one of the older members of his team and someone with years of successes and failures, Tracy reflects on his own experiences and advises his coworkers. "For example, in my first month at Visio Lending, every loan application I got failed to go through, but I kept pushing and I started seeing success in the second month," Tracy recalled. He strove to learn from his mistakes, built momentum moving forward, and encourages his colleagues to do the same.

When asked about his motivations, Tracy said that it's the energy that his younger colleagues bring. "What keeps me going is the people around Visio Lending. They provide the enthusiasm and youth," Tracy said. "It takes a great deal of energy to keep up with my younger colleagues, but I love it. Their energy drives me everyday."

For beginner investors, Tracy encourages them to build their rental portfolios. "Start with one property first and then focus your efforts on that portfolio," he advised. "Ensure you have sufficient capital and cash flow, so you can acquire your next property. Then, repeat."

Just like he provides a wise voice to his team, Tracy can provide quality advisory to your portfolio investments. Curious to see what he has to say? Contact Tracy Gordon through https://www.visiolending.com/tracy-gordon.
