Role Description:

This role is for a Loan Originator working in a call center focused on outbound calls and inbound leads to originate loans. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships, identify investor’s strategies, and advise them about how our loan products can help them achieve their financial goals. Compensation to be expected: base + commissions. OTE first year = $80K, top performers can earn over $200K.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Position Responsibilities:

  • Orders all appropriate documents including pay history, title work, appraisal, payoffs, and other required documents
  • Maintain database of hard-copy forms and procedures for different brokerages
  • Move proper loan information into the Calyx Point system for processing
  • Monitor appraisal reporting and update SalesForce with all necessary information
  • Follow up on all outstanding Appraisal and Title orders
  • Schedule loan closings
  • Send out appraisal invoices to the borrowers
  • Create weekly reporting
  • Update the VFS Funded tracker board weekly
  • Perform initial quality control on new files in processing
  • Perform post-closing “Servicing” quality control
  • Maintain current knowledge of all company loan programs and their requirements
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years administrative experience

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Solve customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Review processes and identify recurring issues
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and our servicing partner through open and interactive communication
  • Document detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide accurate and timely tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Prior experience in a related field or industry (e.g. lending, finance, real estate, insurance, etc.)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and over the phone, must be an active listener
  • Passion for customer service and ability to adapt/respond differently as needed

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Single Family Residential Investment industry and surrounding ecosystem of service providers, communicate market dynamics and provide input into key messaging for marketing programs
  • Drive awareness and demand for our industry-leading loan products through multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM & Social), content syndication, web design/development and email marketing and measurement
  • Spearhead website SEO authority strategy, including an aggressive backlink program, and blog outreach campaign
  • Work with marketing team on the creation of lead generation campaigns targeted to specific buyer and influencer segments, report on campaign success via established KPIs
  • Work across the marketing and sales teams to develop content driven by market trends and customer requirements, including blogs, videos, product documents, tip sheets, infographics, etc.
  • Deliver demand generation programs that result in a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads for the sales team
  • Develop sales enablement materials, keeping the team up to date on all demand campaigns, key messages, list segments and performance goals
  • Lead concept, creative and design development of campaign materials
  • Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, and testing/ongoing improvement
  • Assist in identifying, engaging and managing affiliate marketing partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising or communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in inbound, outbound, and demand generation marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and demonstrated success with HubSpot or other marketing automation systems and strategies, a plus
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in similar or relevant industry (e.g. financial services, lending, real estate, etc.) preferred but not required

  • Organized with an aptitude for creative thinking and creative development
  • Self-starter with strong desire to drive program effectiveness and report consistently on marketing metrics
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, drive programs through completion with a testing and improvement mindset
  • Technology-savvy with desire to learn about and leverage the latest tools, tricks and techniques in lead-generating marketing activities
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Web analytics, Google Adwords, preferred but not all required
