Loan Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process applications from time of receipt of application to submission of the loan package to underwriting
• Work with, coordinate with Loan Originators
• Gather, organize and track loan documentation
• Work with applicants, underwriters, appraisers and others to complete processing
• Resolve customer service issues
• Verify purchase contract documentation and resolve routine issues including vesting issues and other document discrepancies
• Coordinate with our closing department in order to ensure a timely and effective closing process

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of Processing or industry related experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Tactfulness and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• High energy, self-motivated and service-oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle extensive pipeline and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate sensitivity and tact in handling highly confidential information.

Senior Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Provides human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and compliance.

  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.

  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant human resources or management experience. Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for relevant human resources experience.

Associate Marketing Manager

Role Description

Visio Lending is leading the transformation of the residential real estate investment market by providing fast, simple and dependable mortgage finance to local residential real estate investors. We are well capitalized and have made more than 4,000 loans spanning 36 states. We are growing rapidly and expect to expand our presence in a number of key markets across the U.S.

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, responsible for helping drive our success by developing a strong understanding of our market, target customers and influencers and helping to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive high-quality lead acquisition and conversion to sales engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding Single Family Residential Investment industry, communicate market dynamics and provide input into key messaging for marketing programs

  • Assist in driving awareness and demand for our industry-leading loan products through multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM), content syndication, web design/development, events and email marketing and measurement

  • Work with marketing team on the creation of lead generation campaigns targeted to specific buyer and influencer segments, report on campaign success via established KPIs

  • Work across the marketing team to assist in content creation driven by market trends and customer requirements, including newsletters, blogs, product documents, tip sheets, etc.

  • Assist in delivering demand generation programs that result in a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads for the sales team

  • Develop sales enablement materials, keeping the team up to date on all demand campaigns, key messages, list segments and performance goals

  • Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, and testing/ongoing improvement

  • Stay current on competitors, industry trends and buyer needs through ongoing market research

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in inbound, outbound, and demand generation marketing in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and demonstrated success with marketing automation strategies
  • Project management experience, proven ability to see marketing initiatives from concept through completion and measurement
  • Strong organization and analytical experience, strong desire to drive program effectiveness and report consistently on marketing ROI
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, drive programs through completion with a testing and improvement mindset
  • Technology-savvy with desire to learn about and leverage the latest tools, tricks and techniques in lead-generating marketing activities
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
