Forbes.com recently released their top 20 areas to invest in residential real estate, specifically in rentals. Topping their list is Provo-Orem, Utah, Austin, Texas and Fayetteville, Arkansas. The markets were chosen based on the quick rise in renters and the potential for high yields in the near future.
“The good returns we foresee in our markets are due to strong fundamental demand over the course of future years, not quick flips,” Ingo Winzor of Forbes said.
