According to a recent PriceWaterhouseCoopers & Urban Land Institute survey, Dallas/Ft. Worth ranks as the top metro area to watch for real estate in 2016 (up from fifth place last year).
Respondents ranked it number one based on impressive job growth, it’s business-friendly environment and low cost of living.
Other cities in the top five rankings (in order) include: Austin, Charlotte, Seattle and Atlanta. Job growth and a healthy economy were the top reasons that each city was chosen.
